For his ongoing Kids These Days series, Alex Hodor-Lee has been documenting Gen Z across New York, following young people through subway tunnels, abandoned piers, skate parks, and other corners of the city as they search for connection, meaning, and their place in the world.
This summer, he continued the series through fleeting encounters, close friendships, and the freedom of being young in the city.
