SEE ME partnered with Duolingo to bring The Phonetic Collection to life—a capsule collection that transforms commonly mispronounced designer names into wearable pronunciation lessons. Designed by Megan O’Cain, each custom piece combines an iconic fashion silhouette with bold phonetic lettering, including an “air-mess” handbag and a “zhee-vahn-shee” sweater. The collection launched across a runway film, a citywide out-of-home campaign.
SEE ME translated the creative concept leading art buying, location sourcing, and execution. By bringing together the right creative partners and grounding the campaign in New York’s fashion culture, we ensured the idea felt culturally relevant, visually distinct, and unmistakably Duolingo. The collaboration is making headlines in ADWEEK, WWD, Hypebae, and across Instagram.
